I'm listening to the UNCUT Beatles tribute Why Don't We Do It In The Road? and the first track is Echo & the Bunnymen doing Ticket To Ride.
It's a pretty straight cover, but it sounds very weird. I guess it's all in the production and the band's style. So even using the Beatles' arrangement they sound like themselves.

For a lot of artists its their voice and their style that is instantly recognizable and lends something special to their work. So even if as you say the arrangement is the same, it's still very different. You wouldn't mistake one for the other very easily. They're not trying to sound like the Beatles, just play one of their songs.
